Cancellation Policy

Standard Policy

As per our Company’s Policy, the following cancellation clause will be applicable:-

  1. For cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival date– 25% retention will be charged on the Plan opted for.
  2. For cancellations received 15 days prior to arrival date– 50% retention will be charged on the Plan opted for.
  3. For cancellations received 07 days prior to arrival date– 100% retention will be charged on the Plan opted for.

**NO RETENTION CHARGES IF CANCELLED MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL**

Cancellation Policy (valid from 1st Oct 2020 till 31st Mar 2021)

  1. Any cancellation within 48 -72 hours before the check-in date will not attract any retention.
  2. Cancellation within 24 hours before the check-in will attract one-night retention.
  3. There will be full refund in case cancellation takes place 96 hours prior to the arrival date.
  4. The mentioned credit amount can be adjusted against future bookings as per the applicable tariff for the new amended date.

For reservations made via any 3rd party travel companies, we request you to contact your respective travel agency, the travel planner, or online travel partner for assistance with your amendment requests.
